Standard Coaching Fees

This is my general rate – perfect for those who’d like ongoing, focused individual support.

• General Sessions: $90
• Buy 5 Sessions: $424 (Save $25)
• Buy 10 Sessions: $800 (Save $100) 

All clients also receive:

• Text support between sessions for ongoing questions and guidance
• Free access to all guides (typically sold at cost)

All clients purchasing packages (Starter, 5 sessions, 10 sessions, etc) also receive:

• Office Hours 
• Co-Working

Buy Ten Sessions – Save $100

 

The Shift Happens Option

Perfect for those needing flexible, bite-sized coaching. Choose between one 30-minute session or two 15-minute sessions, plus text support. Office hours and coworking sessions offer ongoing accountability, making this package ideal for clients who need regular check-ins with more freedom.

Package Includes: 

• 1 (one) 30-minute session OR 2 (two) 15 Minute Sessions)
• Text support between sessions for ongoing questions and guidance
• Free access to all guides (typically sold at cost)
• Office Hours 
• Co-Working 

Monthly Fee:  $97 per month

The On-The-Go Support Option

Great for clients who don’t need regular sessions but still want consistent support. With text support, office hours, and coworking sessions, this package provides flexible check-ins and accountability for those who prefer a more independent coaching experience.

Package Includes

• Text Support throughout the month for ongoing support or quick questions.
• Office Hours 
• Co-Working 
• Free access to all Guides (typically sold at a cost).
• Note: No 1:1 sessions are included, but may be purchased at a discount if needed.

Package Monthly Fee: $27
