Mindful Moments

May’s 31 Day Challenge For ADHDers

31 Days of small mindful moments for busy, beautiful, ADHD brains.

Starts May 1st – Free to join

Feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or just… kind of all over the place?

Yeah, same. That’s why I created the Mindful Moments Challenge—a gentle, no-pressure way to invite a little more calm, clarity, and self-connection into your day… one tiny moment at a time.

This challenge isn’t about “clearing your mind” or sitting still for hours (because lol, ADHD). It’s about:

  • noticing your thoughts without spiraling,

  • tuning into your body without judgment,

  • and building real, doable habits that help you feel more grounded.

I’m Kat Sweeney, she/her, ADHD Coach with ADHD and this is a totally free 31 day Mindful Moments Challenge For ADHDers.

  • Simple tools for emotional regulation, presence, and self-awareness

  • A soft place to land—because you deserve that

  • Folks who want to try mindfulness but in a way that actually feels accessible

How It Works

  • Join The Challenge – Sign up using the link below. Once you have joined, you will be added to a list to receive a daily email with the day’s challenge.

  • Get a new mindful moment in your inbox every morning, May 1–31

  • Take 2–5 minutes (or more, if you feel like it)

  • No app, no log-in, no tracking—just a soft nudge and some compassionate support

  • Optional – Join the Facebook Group if you aren’t a member already. Each day’s challenges will also be posted in the group and we can check in weekly to see how everyone is doing.

You can follow along daily, catch up when you can, or pick and choose what works for you. There’s no “falling behind” here.
