ADHD and Executive Function Coaching
For any coaching to have a chance to make lasting impact, it is recommended that you engage in a minimum of six sessions, 12 is strongly recommended.
With that in mind, I have created a Starter Package and a Best Value Package.
My Standard Fees
- Intake Session – $125
- Follow Up Sessions – $90
- Starter Package (Intake plus 5 sessions) – $515 (save $60)
- Best Value – (12 Sessions) – $980 (Save $135)
My Clients Also Recieve
- Text support between sessions for ongoing questions and guidance
- Virtual Office Hours
- Virtual Co-Working Sessions
Please note – Health Insurance typically does not cover ADHD Coaching or any other type of coaching. I do my best to keep costs as low as possible. All packages have an option to use Affirm to break up payments.
- I do have limited sliding fee scale options available.

Unmasked & Thriving: ADHD Coaching for Queer & Neurodivergent Adults
You’ve tried the apps, the planners, the productivity hacks — and none of it stuck because it wasn’t built for your beautifully wired brain. This coaching is different. Together we’ll design chaos-friendly systems that actually work for you, ditch the shame, and help you show up authentic AF in your work, relationships, and daily life. You’ll leave with practical tools, fresh confidence, and the freedom to live in alignment with who you really are.
Aligned AF: Career Discovery & Entrepreneur Coaching for Creative Neurodivergent Brains
I work with schools, workplaces, and groups to build environments that are both ADHD-friendly and queer-affirming — helping shift culture, improve communication, and create spaces where everyone belongs.
Parenting in the Neurodivergent & Queer Lane: ADHD Coaching for Parents
Whether you’re a queer parent with ADHD yourself or raising a queer/ADHD kid, parenting in this lane can feel like a lot — joyful, messy, and sometimes overwhelming. This coaching helps you calm the chaos, build ADHD-friendly family rhythms, and lean into connection instead of conflict. You’ll walk away with practical tools for daily life and the confidence to parent in a way that feels authentic, compassionate, and affirming.
