Ready To Tackle Spring Cleaning?

If the answer is no, not really – this challenge is probably for you!

I’m Kat Sweeney, she/her, ADHD Coach with ADHD and this is a totally free 30 day Sping Cleaning Challenge For ADHDers.

The challenge is designed to help you (and me!) tackle clutter and organization struggles that we’ve been putting off in bite-sized daily tasks.

Each day you’ll receive a quick cleaning or organization challenge that is designed to be ADHD friendly – short, easy(ish), and achievable.

  • Accountability: You are encouraged to post a photo or comment after completing the days task on the post in the Facebook grouip.

  • Group Support: The Facebook Group is a place where I will post the daily challenges, and everyone can share tips, boost motivation, encourage each other, etc. There will be weekly live check ins and at the end of the month an end-of-challenge celebration!

Sample Of The Daily Challenges

This is a few samples of the types of challenges that may be sent each day.

  • Day X:  Clear Off Your Nightstand – make it a calming space with just your essentails.  Things like a book, a lamp, etc.
  • Day X: Paper File Challenge – pick one pile of paperwork or papers and do a 10 minute quick fire sort into trash, file, complete. Throw the trash away.
  • Day X: – Fridge Fright – Take 10-15 minutes to go through the fridge and throw out expired products.

These daily challenges should be 10-20 minute tasks. The goal is at the end of 30 days to have made a big difference.
