Coaching with Kat isn’t about fixing you — because you’re not broken.
This is a collaborative, shame-free space for beautifully wired, neurodivergent humans who are trying to live in a world that doesn’t always make sense for their brain.
Together, we explore how your brain actually works, uncover what may be getting in the way, and build practical, real-life tools and strategies that support a life that feels more manageable, more authentic, and more aligned with who you are.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do or to hand you a perfect plan. It’s to walk alongside you as you figure out what works best for your brain, your goals, and the life you want to create.
The Starter Package: Real-Life ADHD Support (6 Sessions)
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like nothing you try actually sticks… you’re not alone.
This 6-session package is designed to meet you exactly where you are — not where you think you “should” be.
We’ll slow things down, get curious about what’s really going on, and create support that works in your actual life (not some ideal version of it).
No perfection.
No pressure.
No pretending you’ve got it all together.
What This Includes
- 1 Intake Session (45 min-60 min) – what’s working, what matters to you, and where you’d like support. We’ll start identifying patterns and choose a direction together.
- 5 Follow-Up Sessions (30-45 minutes each) – Ongoing coaching, support, and strategy – shaped around your needs as they evolve.
- Flexible, collaborative coaching – no rigid curriculum. We focus on what’s actually coming up in your real life.
- Text Support, Resources, and Weekly Virtual Co-Working Sessions.

- Understanding your ADHD brain (and untangling some of the shame that’s been hanging around)
- Building routines and systems that are actually realistic
- Managing overwhelm, shutdown, or procrastination
- Improving focus, follow-through, and task initiation

- Parenting with more connection, collaboration, and less power struggle

Starter Package (6 Sessions) – $499 (Includes intake + 5 sessions – save $50 compared to individual session pricing.
Best Value (12 Sessions) – $940 (Includes intake + 11 sessions – save $120 compared to individual session pricing.
Compare to Individual Session Fees at $125 Intake and $85 Follow up sessions.
I do have sliding fee scale options available – just let me know you need it, no questions asked.
Please note – Health Insurance typically does not cover ADHD Coaching or any other type of coaching. I do my best to keep costs as low as possible. All packages have an option to use Affirm to break up payments.
