My coaching is collaborative, flexible, and personalized to you — not some imaginary ideal version of you who wakes up at 5 a.m., meal preps every Sunday, and never forgets where they left their keys.

 

Together, we explore what’s actually getting in the way, identify patterns and friction points, and experiment with practical supports that work for your brain, your energy, your values, and your actual life.

 

This work is not about becoming perfectly productive or functioning like a neurotypical person.

 

It’s about creating more sustainable ways to live, work, parent, communicate, rest, and exist in the world without carrying so much shame along the way.

The ADHD Check-In Line is asynchronous text-based coaching support designed for real-life ADHD moments as they happen.

This is not crisis support or instant-response messaging. Instead, it offers flexible, lower-pressure coaching support throughout the week for people who benefit from accountability, encouragement, brainstorming, reminders, reflection, or gentle nudges without needing full live sessions.

 

The Check-In Line can be used for things like:

  • task initiation struggles
  • overwhelm spirals
  • accountability and follow-through
  • emotional check-ins
  • brainstorming and problem-solving
  • celebrating wins
  • resetting after hard days

 

Perfect for people who:
