  • We will work for about 50 minutes on our own.
  • A few minutes before the end of the Scurry we will check in and then wrap up!
  • This is time I’m holding to get stuff done.
  • You can work on whatever you want!
  • Need to pay some bills? Great.
  • Need to do some homework? Awesome.
  • Need to write some emails?  Fantastic.
  • Want to focus on doing the dishes? Excellent!

What’s A Scurry? – A scurry is a group of squirrels!!!

What’s the vibe like? Is this Scurry right for me?

This Co-Working Scurry isn’t going to meet everyone’s needs, and that’s okay. The vibe in my Scurry will be pretty laid back, casual, loose, and fun. This is a group for folks with ADHD and because of that, the “rules” are pretty loose.

You don’t have to be on time or stay the whole time. You can show up for your lunch hour with mustard on your shirt, you can show up with breakfast in your pajamas. The atmosphere will be chill, low key, and fun.

We are inclusive, encouraging, and accepting of the occasional swear word.

Desi

Desi Leistiko

ADHD Coach | Scurry Leader

Hi! My name is Desi Leistiko. I’m an ADHD coach with ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD late in life at 45 years old. Since then, I’ve learned as much as I can about ADHD, which led to my career transition from college instructor to coach.

My mission is to help ADHDers embrace their unique brains while they build supportive systems and structures that emphasize their strengths. My coaching centers on empowering clients to find self-compassion, self-love, and joy. You can learn more about my coaching by visiting my website ADHDCoachDesi.com.

I live near Kalamazoo, Michigan with my husband and four cats. I love playing board games, water color, and creative writing.

Coach Emily

Emily Kapszukiewicz

Well-Being & Leadership Coach | ND & ADHD Coach | Scurry Leader

Hiya! I’m Emily – a licensed CPCC Co-Active coach with > 5 years of experience and over 150 hours of working directly with individuals who feel “stuck” in life or their careers, often ND adults and executives.

I identify as having ADHD, anxiety, and complex PTSD, which informs how I show up for and with my clients — very much in service of healing, growth, and self-acceptance. After spending over 15 years in corporate, I’m also passionate about preventing, healing from, and living life after burnout.

In 2025, I founded Squirrel Space, a 501c3 non-profit, to start creating psychologically safe spaces in public, at home, and at work and school to reduce the stigma of ND, improve access to neuro-affirming care, and to advance acceptance and belonging for the ND community – an often vulnerable, sensitive, and overlooked people.

When coaching, I use Positive Intelligence, motivational interviewing, and other techniques to hold space for strong emotions, ask powerful questions, and be a support system and ally for my clients.

I love supporting driven yet sensitive people whose growth comes from advocacy, empowerment, and radical acceptance — professionals looking to grow their careers while finding balance and protecting their mental health.

To add just for funsies — I’m a total nerd and a Cat Mom. I love board games, reading, jogging, hiking, cuddling with my cats, video games, and cooking (and eating). I live in Portland, OR with my partner, Alex, and 3 cats.
