The ADHD Check-In Line: Real Chat Support with Coach Kat

Text-Based Coaching Support

Sometimes your ADHD brain shows up in the middle of the day (or night)  — not during a scheduled coaching session.

  • You open your phone for one quick thing and suddenly you’re doom scrolling.
  • You forgot something important again and your brain is starting the shame spiral.
  • Your to-do list is reasonable, but your brain refuses to cooperate.
  • You’re trying to get your work done (for someone else or yourself), but you just can’t get started.
  • You’re trying to figure something out, but your brain just feels stuck.

Sound Famiar?

The ADHD Check-In Line gives you a place to reach out in those moments.

Think of it as a coaching reset when your ADHD brain gets stuck.

If you’ve ever wished you could message someone who actually understands ADHD brain… this space was created for exactly you.

How It Works

This is text-based coaching support where you can message me when ADHD brain shows up in real life.

  • No scheduling.
  • No pressure to organize your thoughts first.
  • No trying to remember everything all at once.

I’ll respond with bite-sized coaching – coaching prompts, questions, or strategy suggestions to help you get unstuck and move forward.

You can send a message whenever something comes up, and I’ll respond during my regular check-in times .

I respond during weekday coaching response windows:

Flexible windows between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern

Morning and Afternoon Check-In’s Monday-Thursday and morning check in’s Friday mornings – not instant, but consistent.

During these check-in times, there may be some light back-and-forth depending on the conversation — but this isn’t live or continuous messaging.

Messages work best when they are short and focused (a few sentences). And also – we are ADHDers – if you need a little more space to explain, I’m okay with that too.

My responses are designed to be supportive and actionable, rather than long written coaching sessions. During these check-in times, there may be some light back-and-forth depending on the conversation — but this isn’t live or continuous messaging.

This is an asynchronous, which means responses are not immediate, but they are thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in real coaching.

A Quick Reassurance

There’s no “perfect” way to use the Check-In Line.

Some people message when they’re stuck on a task.

Some reach oute when ADHD brain has gone completely sideways.

You don’t need to have the right words.

If you’re overwhelmed, spinning, stuck, or just need a reset – you can reach out.
